The newest model in the MG lineup is the Comet EV, with a price tag of Rs. 7.98 Lakh. MG offers a range of cars in India priced below 50 lakh, including the MG Comet EV, MG Astor, and MG Hector. MG's current lineup in India comprises of the MG Comet EV, MG Astor, MG Hector, MG Hector Plus, MG ZS EV, and MG Gloster.

MG Motor India Private Limited

MG Motor India Private Limited was established in India in 2017 and commenced its manufacturing and sales operations officially in 2019. The British-origin company, also known as Morris Garages, is currently owned by the Shanghai-based Chinese state-owned company, SAIC Motor. The company operates a single manufacturing plant in India, situated in Halol, Gujarat. This plant was formerly owned by General Motors India.
