Price: Maruti has set the price range for the vehicle at Rs 12.74 lakh to Rs 15.05 lakh (ex-showroom).

Variants: The vehicle is available in two main variants: Zeta and Alpha.

Colours: Maruti offers the Jimny in a variety of colors. It comes in two dual-tone options, which are Kinetic Yellow with a Bluish Black roof and Sizzling Red with a Bluish Black roof. In addition, it is available in five monotone shades, namely Sizzling Red, Granite Gray, Nexa Blue, Bluish Black, and Pearl Arctic White.

Seating Capacity: The Maruti off-roader can comfortably accommodate up to four passengers.

Ground Clearance: It boasts a ground clearance of 210mm, providing ample room to tackle various terrains.

Boot Space: The Jimny offers a boot space of 208 litres, which can be expanded to 332 litres by folding down the rear seats.

Engine and Transmission: Maruti has equipped the vehicle with a powerful 1.5-litre petrol engine that generates 105PS and 134Nm of torque. This engine can be paired with either a 5-speed manual or a 4-speed automatic transmission. Additionally, it comes with a standard four-wheel drivetrain (4WD). Here are the fuel efficiency figures:

Features: The Jimny comes packed with an array of features. Noteworthy among them is a 9-inch touchscreen infotainment system, sourced from the new Baleno and Brezza models, which includes wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay functionality. Other features include cruise control and automatic climate control.

Safety: Maruti has prioritized safety in the Jimny. It is equipped with six airbags, ABS with EBD, electronic stability program (ESP), hill-hold assist, and a rearview camera.

Rivals: The Maruti Jimny competes directly with the Mahindra Thar and the Force Gurkha in the market.
